I investigate order, inventory, shipment, and lot/batch discrepancies in OHM ERP and Blue WMS, coordinating corrective action with purchasing, production, warehouse, and customer-facing teams.
Previously, at Ryder Integrated Logistics, I reconciled inventory between Manhattan Scale WMS and SAP for the General Mills CPG account and worked on EDI order transmissions. At XPO Logistics, I used BlueJay TMS to coordinate shipments and delivery exceptions for Hostess and Wrigley accounts, and advanced into lead responsibilities supporting daily workflow and operational KPI monitoring.
