I aim to contribute to a Customer Service or Support team where I can apply my interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with diverse populations.

I’m a Psychologist and Intake Specialist with experience delivering empathetic, solution-oriented support while handling high call volumes. In my current role, I manage 25–30 inbound calls daily, perform initial assessment interviews, and route cases to the appropriate internal teams.

I also strengthen outcomes by maintaining accurate documentation—entering case data into the CRM and improving consistency to reduce allocation errors. I’ve built organized documentation workflows that streamline internal communication and improve customer satisfaction.
