At Blockchain.com, I lead Financial Crime Compliance initiatives spanning transaction monitoring governance, Chainalysis controls, sanctions exposure, and FIU automation. I designed the Elliptic-to-Chainalysis migration framework, including rule mapping, token-coverage gap analysis, and remediation for historical screening failures affecting hundreds of thousands of transactions.

I've progressed from investigating 25 transaction-monitoring alerts per week to improving the program itself through rule reviews, alert tuning, dashboards, regulatory walkthroughs, and cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Compliance, FIU, and Trust & Safety teams. My work has included supporting a successful FCA sanctions-threshold review, preparing SARs for FinCEN, conducting on-chain tracing, and evaluating AI vendors for FIU narrative generation.

I bring practical experience across AML/CTF, BSA/AML, OFAC screening, KYC, OSINT, Chainalysis, Elliptic, SQL, and Google AppScript, with a focus on evidence-based controls and reducing false positives.
