At SYENSQO, I led a root-cause analysis of €250M+ in Transportation churn, validating more than 90% of the findings with KAMs. I presented the key drivers and retention levers to leadership.
I also built a data-driven framework to prioritize accounts for KAM–leadership workouts, identifying €4M+ in potential sales upside and translating gaps into growth initiatives.
At POP MART, I built a model to prioritize excess inventory across U.S. stores; two return waves cleared more than 90% of targeted stock value. I also analyzed a 520-person consumer study and evaluated the U.S. digital customer journey.
My experience also includes automating P&L variance analysis at MUFG and supporting acquisition due diligence and business planning at LUX EVROPAK. I’m completing a Global Master’s in Management at London Business School & Fudan University, after studying Management Science and Statistics at the University of St Andrews.
