At Genesis, I owned the login-rate metric for a live product, monitoring Amplitude data, investigating drops, and identifying critical bugs to restore the rate to its 90% target.
I test web and iOS applications across real and virtual devices, including payments, network traffic, events, funnels, and release regressions. I also managed end-to-end localization across 10 languages through Crowdin and POEditor, from proofreading coordination to in-app verification.
I use Claude daily to accelerate QA analysis, minor bug fixes, verification scripts, and AI-assisted Playwright and TypeScript automation. I also manage content in Airtable, remote configurations in Firebase, and basic monitoring in Instana.
