I've delivered digital banking and SaaS initiatives at Sravni.ru, Semrush, and Movavi, coordinating cross-functional teams, risks, dependencies, and leadership reporting.
At Semrush, I raised delivery predictability from 35% to 85% across four teams and cut time-to-market from nine months to six. I built the Jira workflows, automation, boards, and dashboards teams used to track delivery and make decisions.
At Sravni.ru, I launched three end-to-end teams in a regulated financial environment and established shared backlogs and dependency tracking. I also facilitate and consult for external companies, coaching delivery professionals and leading peer-review groups.
