I've delivered manual quality control at SoftServe across people-growth, host conversion, medication dispensing, and healthcare financial-planning products.

On a People Growth Management Platform, I analyzed requirements, designed and maintained tests, configured test data, tracked defects, and performed functional and non-functional testing including smoke, regression, acceptance, confirmation, integration, API, performance, and cross-browser testing. I also supported developers with customer-issue test data, wrote release notes and test summary reports, and identified factors affecting product quality risks.

I've tested web-based host conversion automation tooling that reduces customers' manual spreadsheet effort, as well as scalable hospital server and automated medication dispensing solutions supporting enterprise integration, compliance, and medication management.

I work closely with developers, clients, and business analysts to clarify requirements and technical specifications. I use Azure DevOps, SQL Server Management Studio, Postman, Swagger, Microsoft Test Manager, Azure Portal, Copilot, and browser tools, and I focus on getting every detail right.
