At Nezam, I test web and mobile projects including Vitamins.ae, Kidzia, and Awraq. My work includes manual and API testing, exploratory and regression testing, and validating APIs with Postman.

I design and execute test cases, collaborate with product owners and development teams to triage defects and verify fixes, and mentor junior QA interns by reviewing reported defects and sharing testing practices.

At IBM, I contributed to an Agile software project for Egypt's tourism sector and was selected as Team Lead. I also gained hands-on experience with manual, API, automation, and performance testing, and hold the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification.
