What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support public organisations through social integration and public policies, using process management, data analysis, and intercultural communication to improve efficiency and real social impact in multicultural environments.

I’m a Master’s student in Public Administration at the University of Minho, and a graduate in Languages and Business Relations. My internship at the CLAIM service of the Guimarães City Council let me apply my interest in public policies and social integration in a practical, public-institutional setting.

At CLAIM, I supported social integration and the provision of legal guidance to migrant citizens by organizing and updating client records, ensuring confidential and correct management of document flow. I also collaborated in referral and liaison with the local partner network and managed multicultural client communication, strengthening my process management, data analysis, and intercultural communication skills—so I can contribute to the efficiency and social impact of public organisations.
