What I'm looking for

I’m interested in contributing to international relations, public policy and stakeholder engagement in areas related to maritime affairs, the blue economy, energy and sustainable development.

At the Directorate-General for Maritime Policy, I monitored developments in the EU Integrated Maritime Policy and sea-basin strategies, including the Atlantic and WestMED, in coordination with national authorities. I also analysed policies related to ocean governance, the blue economy, environmental policy and defence.

I prepared reports, technical notes, briefing papers and project documentation, and followed up on matters involving bilateral partners and organisations including the EU, UN, CPLP and UfM. At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I supported programme activities with the Portuguese National Committee for the IOC-UNESCO and the Portuguese National Committee for the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development.

I'm pursuing a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics of the Sea at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology there. I’m interested in contributing to international relations, public policy and stakeholder engagement in maritime affairs, the blue economy, energy and sustainable development.
