I’m a highly motivated, detail-oriented Materials Engineering graduate with practical experience across engineering operations, laboratory analysis, and administrative support. In my engineering internship, I assisted in monitoring operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. I conducted laboratory testing, supported quality control activities, and monitored equipment performance while helping with maintenance support.

I also collected and reported operational data for performance evaluation, while ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. My certifications, including PPE and COSHH, reflect my focus on safe, responsible working practices.

In my recent role as a Secretary at ECO Medical Diagnostics, I managed front desk operations and delivered professional customer service. I scheduled appointments, coordinated workflows to enhance efficiency, maintained accurate records and confidential documentation, and supported communication between clients and technical staff.
