At United Breweries Ltd., I monitored brewing process parameters through SCADA-based systems and carried out beer preparation and core brewing operations in line with SOPs and GMP guidelines.

I performed CIP operations on brewing equipment and conducted wort analysis and in-process quality checks at key stages of the brewing cycle.

I maintained brewing documentation and process records to support audit readiness and quality traceability, and supported audit compliance activities across the production floor.

My MSc Microbiology included projects in microbial identification and antibiotic susceptibility testing, as well as ultrasound-assisted extraction of medicinal mushrooms. I’m seeking QC Microbiologist or Quality Control opportunities in food, beverage, brewing, and manufacturing.
