At KritiKal Solutions, I lead Generative AI initiatives spanning document intelligence, agentic systems, and multimodal applications. I own architecture, model selection, fine-tuning, and production deployment across AWS, Azure, and edge environments.

I've led an in-house document-processing platform that handles invoices, purchase orders, and IDs, processing 10K+ financial documents monthly at 95% extraction accuracy. By optimizing vLLM inference and quantization, I reduced inference costs by approximately 40%.

I also build high-throughput OCR, multi-agent marketing, clinical RAG, billing-dispute detection, and video-evaluation systems. My work includes NVIDIA Triton pipelines, LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning, CrewAI workflows, hybrid retrieval, observability, and human-in-the-loop review flows.

Before leading GenAI work, I delivered computer-vision and edge AI products in skincare, automotive surround-view, surveillance, Android, and mobile inference. I mentor teams of 3–5 engineers and take models from research and prototypes into observable production systems.
