What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead QA/testing end-to-end, standardize processes with measurable metrics, and partner closely with product and engineering to improve release quality and customer outcomes.

I’m a QA Team Lead who drives end-to-end customer regression testing and strengthens release stability. Since Aug 2024, I’ve standardized QA practices with SOPs, UAT frameworks, and testing templates, and I’ve helped reduce post-release failures by 50%.

Before that, I led digitization as a Lead Consultant, where I digitized 10K documents for EU’s Fortune 500 clients. I led a 6-member team, created MS Excel trackers and senior-management dashboards, and improved delivery accuracy to 95% from 80% while building reusable SOPs across clients.

My foundation is strong in UI and engineering: I developed B2C/B2B ecommerce and corporate website front ends, working extensively with React JS and Tailwind CSS. I also mentor teams through structured onboarding and career development, and I’ve brought that same collaborative, documentation-driven approach from my earlier experience as a Computer Science Assistant Professor.
