At RagaAI, I built and shipped a patient-facing scheduling agent for chat and voice that has handled 50,000+ bookings across 30+ clinical practices. I integrated it with Healow EHR for real-time calendar booking and Twilio for SMS notifications and OTP verification.
I also built a dual RPA and LLM fax pipeline that extracts 18+ clinical fields with 95%+ accuracy and writes results back to the EHR and a database. It’s deployed across 8+ clinics, where it processes about 150 faxes per provider per clinic daily.
On my Agentic RAG Platform project, I architected a LangGraph system for policy retrieval, employee SQL records, web search and escalation. Hybrid retrieval and reranking reached 94.4% Recall@4, and I deployed the project on AWS using Docker and Terraform.
