At Aaquib Wani Design, I manage studio projects from the client brief through planning, production and final delivery. I coordinate the in-house design team and external partners, track costs and deliverables, and review work before it reaches the client.
At Verseatile, I managed five to six client accounts as the direct point of contact and led art direction from shoot ideation and mood boards through final assets. I also developed review workflows that reduced revision cycles and delivery delays by approximately 20 to 25 percent.
At The Pioneer / Daily Pioneer, I coordinated five daily workstreams across editorial, design, copy, proofreading and digital publishing. I kept more than 10 internal and third-party contributors accountable and documented workflows to reduce handover delays and miscommunication.
Through my independent consultancy, I’ve coordinated creative direction and delivery for digital fashion clients including DressX, DRKMT, Lino Perros and Growster. My NIFT training in luxury product design helps me understand the creative work as well as the timelines and costs behind it.
