What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support finance teams end-to-end—handling invoicing, AP, and reconciliations—while working with organized, process-driven systems and clear communication across time zones.

I’m a detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Finance Support VA with hands-on experience in invoicing, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and financial data management. I’ve handled high-volume transaction workflows independently, keeping records structured, accurate, and up to date in remote environments.

In my roles, I maintained monthly bank reconciliations, processed and reviewed 800+ vouchers for accounts payable and payment verification, and recorded transactions in e-ENGAS. I also support finance teams by preparing reporting, organizing supplier invoices and receipts, and coordinating on invoice approvals and payment queries using tools like Google Sheets, QuickBooks, and Xero.
