What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can own accounting accuracy, reconciliations, IFRS reporting, and monthly/annual close. I thrive coordinating teams, improving processes, and delivering reliable results with strong stakeholder service.

I’m a Finance Manager with a strong focus on account reconciliations, financial planning, and delivering accurate, high-quality reporting. I coordinate finance activities end-to-end and keep everything running smoothly—from daily operational execution to monthly and annual financial statements.

At Inna Group Shpk (NOV 2024 – present), I organize and coordinate the finance team, oversee accounting transactions, and ensure payroll is reviewed and controlled. I’m also responsible for customs declaration work, treasury transaction approvals, and preparing monthly reports and closing the company’s annual financial statements using Odoo.

Previously at Auto1 Group (OCT 2023 – OCT 2024), I led country accounting for the Netherlands and Germany teams. I handled bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, AP module activities, P&L account checking, accruals/provisions, and VAT return files, including IFRS 16 checking and updates.

Earlier, at One Albania (JAN 2023 – SEP 2023), I worked as an IFRS & Deferrals Specialist supporting IFRS 15 calculations, IFRS 9 bad debt impact, deferred expenses, and income tax and deferred tax postings. Alongside my Audit Analyst role and my Accounting and Tax Expert experience, I strengthen client relationships through timely, detailed research and well-documented conclusions—always with a dedicated, service-driven mindset.
