What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a WordPress development role where I can deliver secure, responsive, high-performance websites. I want to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work in an Agile workflow with Jira/Trello, and keep improving code quality, SEO, and site performance.

As an IT Specialist with over 7 years of experience in the IT sector, I’ve managed and delivered diverse projects, including websites and applications. I bring a dual master’s background in HR and engineering, plus certifications in IT project management and Google Analytics.

Today, I’m a WordPress Developer focused on developing and customizing WordPress websites from templates and Figma designs. I ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design, debug and fix issues in existing sites and themes, and refactor and optimize code for better performance and maintainability—especially using strong security and performance practices like vulnerability prevention, security plugins, caching, CDN, and image compression.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an IT Project Manager and managed monitoring and performance of company websites, identifying issues and driving timely resolution through team task delegation and progress monitoring. I also led HR recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff motivation, which strengthened my client communication, requirement analysis, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
