At Kroll Issuer Services, I translate business objectives into Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps, partnering with business, product, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
I've supported deal management, client onboarding, portal administration, asset transfers, KYC feedback, holder queries, consent solicitation reporting, and UAT feedback across Kroll's Client Services operations. I also create technical documentation, process flows, system architecture diagrams, and regular reports that help improve procedures.
Previously, in Kroll Restructuring Administration, I reviewed and analyzed legal documents, reports, and records, corrected data issues, and collaborated on projects while meeting assigned deadlines. I'm driven by continuous development and want to contribute problem-solving, documentation, and analysis skills to a forward-thinking team.
