Visitor Technology Team Leader improving processes and analytics through collaborative team leadership.
What I'm looking for
I’m currently a Visitor Technology Team Leader at the Victoria & Albert Museum, working with the Visitor Technology Team to deliver visitor-facing technology outcomes. I enjoy collaborative working and I’m approachable, conscientious, and outgoing—bringing that energy to fast-paced roles where I can dive into the work quickly.
In this role, I primarily use Confluence and Jira to lead day-to-day team activity and decision-making. I’ve supported Jira Plugins—Structure & Line management of four AV Technicians across Exhibition spaces and Jira Assist Permanent Galleries, while also leading statistical reporting for directors. I focus on reviewing processes to improve velocity and I lead auditing of all visitor
Before V&A, I was a Development Manager at SplashDamage, joining in October 2021 as an Associate Producer and later promoted to Development Manager in March 2024. I led both feature and discipline teams using Agile Methodology frameworks, and I worked across projects with a team of 100+ people. I also worked with tools including Google Suite interactives and Microsoft Suite as part of my development workflow.
Earlier experience includes an administrative support role as a Team Administrator at Royal Armouries (Tower of London), where I provided a range of administrative support to staff based there. I also worked as an Operations Coordinator (S-RM Intelligence and Risk Consulting/Operations Coordinator), started as an Operations Assistant, and was promoted after leading statistical analysis project work for the business unit. I bring a strong operations mindset—combining administrative support, timekeeping and organisation, customer-service experience (including across multiple NHS and customer service jobs where details are available on request), and continuous learning powered by the Atlassian Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Miro.
