At Sarajevo Publishing d.o.o, I created four teachers’ manuals and an English learning workbook using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. I researched child development for the school-oriented materials and edited grammar and writing in collaboration with the author.
For the “Casus” exhibition, I created illustrated posters using Procreate and Affinity, researched relevant literature and symbolism, and oversaw the exhibition setup.
For “Sevdah in Type,” I created an illustrated poster using Procreate and Affinity, researching literature and symbolism relevant to the exhibition.
Earlier, as a Customer Service Agent at DDC MLS d.o.o. Sarajevo, I resolved user issues related to electricity, gas, and billing. I handled more than 70 calls a day while working across three programs.
