At Futurecraft, I drive product definition and roadmap priorities for GYCO, an enterprise AI product serving five enterprise clients. I shape AI use cases, evaluate RAG, LightRAG, and Text-to-SQL capabilities, and translate business needs into requirements, backlogs, UAT, and release readiness.
Previously, I led 100+ credit bureau REST API integrations at CRIF India and improved warehouse operations at Emiza, raising inventory accuracy from 92% to 98% and reducing order-processing turnaround time by about 25%.
