What I'm looking for

I seek a student-focused teaching role where I can design curriculum, deliver individualized interventions, collaborate with colleagues, and drive measurable academic improvement.

I am a motivated, charismatic and dependable biology teacher and SAT instructor with over 10 years of experience delivering instruction across secondary and tutoring environments. I focus on creating student-centered learning targets and tailoring lessons to multiple learning styles to maximize comprehension.

I have designed and run critical-thinking and problem-solving seminars for Biology and Mathematics students and developed personalized SAT study plans and materials for learners preparing for standardized testing. I actively collaborate with colleagues to create common formative assessments and share best practices for lesson alignment.

My classroom practice includes frequent assessment analysis, individualized supports such as tutorials and learning contracts, and consistent communication with parents to track progress. My interventions have supported students to achieve course passing rates around 89% per year and term passing rates near 91%.

I hold a BSc in Biochemistry and have participated in subject-relevant workshops on biochemistry, quality control, and HACCP; I bring strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office to support curriculum delivery and student success.
