What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging role in a reputable environment to utilize and expand my learning and skills—combining teaching and agriculture to support sustainable agriculture, precision farming, and rural development through impactful, fast-paced work.

I’m a dynamic educator and team player with a proven track record at Twereku Apem Senior High School, with over 10 years of teaching experience in the Ghana Education Service and strong public speaking ability. I’m known for punctuality, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.

In my current role as Subject Teacher (Integrated Science and Biology), I plan, prepare, and deliver lessons, and I actively support a positive school culture through collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues. I develop classroom management strategies that maintain discipline while encouraging open communication, along with lesson planning and evaluation that improve learner engagement and assessment.

I also bring applied agricultural research experience, including 3 years of research work in crop physiology at AAMUSTED Multipurpose Nursery, plus earlier research at the University of Ghana research farm. My interests extend to sustainable agriculture, precision farming, plant breeding, and rural development—grounded in practical, research-informed approaches.

Alongside teaching, I’ve worked as an assistant supervisor and I’m self-employed as a vegetable farmer/plant breeder, where I focus on food safety standards and improving soil health through regular testing, targeted fertilization, and crop rotation. I actively contribute to developmental projects that bring positive change to vulnerable communities by combining my professional knowledge in teaching and agriculture.
