What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build practical machine learning and computer vision products, especially real-time AI systems that solve accessibility or real-world perception challenges. I value hands-on technical work, collaborative research, and opportunities to grow across deep learning and embedded AI.

I've built end-to-end computer vision systems, including Avanti, a chest-mounted Raspberry Pi 5 navigation device for visually impaired users. It combines real-time obstacle detection, monocular depth estimation, SLAM mapping, haptic feedback, OCR, and a voice-driven AI assistant.

For Avanti, I trained a custom YOLOv26 obstacle-detection model on merged COCO, Roboflow, and Open Images data, reaching 74.6% mAP@50, 80% precision, and 70% recall. I've also built vehicle detection and counting with YOLOv8 and SORT, plant disease classification with CNNs, and clustering, classification, and regression models for Facebook metrics analysis.

I'm a Computer Science student with a 90.3/100 GPA and hands-on experience in PyTorch, OpenCV, YOLO, NLP, and embedded AI. I qualified for the advanced stages of Jordan's IEEE CIS AI Research Contest 2026 and have competed in JCPC programming challenges.
