What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role in marketing, sales, product management or project coordination within fintech, digital payments or technology, where I can drive product growth, customer adoption and cross-functional delivery. I'm open to relocation, remote and hybrid opportunities.

At Tadawul Tech, I lead social media and content strategy for digital payment products, including payment gateways, POS services and merchant platforms. I develop merchant-focused campaigns and use performance reports to guide recommendations for brand growth and lead generation.

I coordinate designers, video editors, internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver marketing assets, and support corporate events and promotional activities. As a Freelance Marketing Consultant for Osool Group, I plan marketing and communications focused on lead generation and engineering content.

For my BBA thesis, I developed and evaluated a hybrid AI chatbot for customer engagement at Tadawul Tech, using PHP, MySQL and the Gemini API. I assessed customer acceptance with an adapted Technology Acceptance Model.
