At Dynamisch IT Pvt. Ltd. (with Shwaira Solution Pvt. Ltd.), I own delivery across healthtech, industrial IoT, and cloud data transformation for primarily European clients. I delivered the Shape IoT platform Copilot / MCP connector, enabling enterprise users to query live device and sensor data in natural language.
I defined the target lakehouse architecture and migration roadmap for a European client’s Databricks and Microsoft Fabric transformation program. I also defined the roadmap for Machine MedIQ, an edge-native predictive-maintenance platform combining Siemens PLC / OT data with a RAG-based LLM diagnostics layer.
At Ciklum India Private Limited, I led delivery of the Braun IPL mobile application for Procter & Gamble Europe and scaled the program team from zero to 20+ members. I also served as Scrum Master for the central workstream and coordinated dependencies across concurrent projects.
Earlier at Infogen Labs Private Limited (a Ciklum Company), I managed delivery across industrial IoT and healthtech products, including a LiDAR platform, VR medical simulation, colour-vision diagnostics, and a health data management application. I moved from hands-on development into delivery ownership, and have worked across architecture, stakeholder alignment, and team scaling.
