I'm seeking a remote technical support or TAC role with an international team.

At Movate Technologies, I provide L2 Palo Alto TAC support to enterprise customers across EMEA and have resolved 600+ cases. I troubleshoot firewall policies, VPN connectivity, routing, and application access issues.

I analyze packet captures and flow debug logs to identify root causes, then deliver RCAs with preventive recommendations. My work includes resolving VPN tunnel instability, GlobalProtect configuration failures, and traffic drops caused by NAT rule mismatches.

Before Movate Technologies, I worked as a Network Engineer at Crescom Soft Private Limited, configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. I’m seeking a remote technical support or TAC role with an international team.
