What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote international opportunities in network security, network engineering, firewall/VPN, network operations, or secure access/SASE roles where I can apply disciplined telecom operations experience and deepen hands-on security expertise.

At British Telecom (BT), I support large-scale ATN box swap activities by coordinating access, permits, prerequisites, scheduling, change readiness, and field and vendor dependencies.

I also support WAV operations through SLA-based P1-P4 fault workflows, handling triage, tracking, escalation, stakeholder communication, and incident documentation across enterprise telecom environments. I work within controlled change processes, validating operational risk and rollback readiness before production activities.

My networking foundation includes routing, switching, TCP/IP, WAN connectivity troubleshooting, and secure remote-access concepts. I use Remedy Smart IT, JIRA, and ITSM workflows to maintain accurate operational records and keep delivery commitments aligned.

I'm expanding my network security capability through structured Palo Alto Networks training and hands-on labs in NGFW administration, Panorama, GlobalProtect, security policies, NAT, VPNs, and troubleshooting.
