At Nagarro Enterprise Services, I lead hands-on engineering for enterprise platforms and Agentic AI solutions, taking work from requirements and technical design through production support. I architected and delivered a notification platform for 30K+ users with a 99.9%+ uptime SLA.
I led the modernization of monolithic .NET/IIS applications to cloud-native microservices on AWS EKS, reducing on-prem infrastructure costs by approximately 30%. I also designed Kafka-based event-driven architectures to improve scalability and fault isolation.
For Order-to-Cash, I designed and built a multi-agent solution integrating Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dataverse, and SAP/BTP APIs. It achieved more than 92% straight-through processing across multiple geographies, with validation and exception handling alongside automated processing.
I’ve also built reusable Agentic AI patterns and an independent Vedic astrology platform, JyotishWay, available on the web and Android. Earlier, I delivered document workflow solutions at ThoughtFocus Information Technology, Microsoft CRM integrations at PwC, and healthcare IT functionality at CSC.
