What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design enterprise and B2B products where I can lead end-to-end UX, simplify complex workflows, collaborate with global stakeholders, and use AI and LLMs to improve user experiences.

I've spent 10 years designing enterprise and B2B products across banking, cybersecurity, consulting, ERP, and ecommerce. My work spans research, discovery, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and developer handoff.

At Tachyon Technologies for Adobe, I audited and improved Hitachi's website experience, increasing desktop and mobile engagement by 12% while maintaining WCAG standards. I also defined a new design language and built a Figma library to streamline collaboration.

For Tech Mahindra's Microsoft engagement and at WithSecure, I designed internal support, dashboard, ticketing, monitoring, and tracking experiences for complex, data-heavy enterprise workflows. I've used AI and LLMs to improve UX workflows, facilitated workshops, mentored designers, and reduced friction in complex user journeys.

Earlier at F-Secure, Stellar Information Technology, Tata Consultancy Services, and SAP, I created design systems, UX patterns, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. I enjoy turning customer feedback, research, and stakeholder objectives into clearer, more usable products.
