What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile delivery and enterprise transformation programs where I can strengthen governance, improve predictability and quality, coach teams, and partner with leadership to resolve delivery risks and drive measurable outcomes.

I've led enterprise digital transformation and business-critical technology delivery at SOFREGO, Tata Consultancy Services, Capgemini, and Infosys across banking, financial services, and telecom. I turn inconsistent sprint commitments into measurable delivery outcomes, including 32% better sprint predictability, 28% stronger velocity consistency, and 25% improved release efficiency.

I build delivery governance through RAID management, executive dashboards, quality gates, RCA, and CAPA, while coaching Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams to remove blockers early and reduce defects.
