Previously, I built the business plan and risk-management framework for a hybrid bullion trading room, connecting spot-bazaar trading with Mercantile Exchange and Gold and Currency Exchange Center data for hedging and arbitrage.

At Zarrabkhaneh, I architected the organizational and operational blueprint for a high-capacity gold mint, including production workflows, precision pressing, laser engraving, quality controls, and vault-security frameworks.

I also develop operational frameworks, delivery contracts, security guidelines, and representation models for gold and jewelry businesses. I bring product strategy, financial modeling, workflow automation, and cross-functional execution to complex physical and digital precious-metals operations.
