What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my e-government, ICT policy, systems evaluation, AI, and public-sector innovation experience to sustainable digital transformation initiatives.

I've helped Iranian public institutions modernize through e-government evaluation, ICT standards, and digital transformation programs for more than 25 years.

At the Administrative and Employment Organization of Iran, I led evaluation of more than 20 public institutions, designed digital assessment frameworks for e-government services, and oversaw web and data-system standards for executive bodies. Earlier, I analyzed administrative systems and supported modernization of human-resource and workflow systems.

I've also contributed to national ICT budgeting and e-governance policy integration at the Program and Budget Organization, conducted national audits as an inspector at the Civil Registration Organization, and developed National ICDL Training Standards and government Web Design Standards.

As a lecturer and consultant, I've trained hundreds of civil servants and IT managers in information technology, e-government, institutional evaluation, AI, and public-sector innovation. My international training spans India, Japan, and APO programs focused on digital innovation, AI in the public sector, productivity, and climate action.
