What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent service client and strong administrative support, while growing into data analysis. I want a team environment that values rigueur, organization, and continuous learning with tools like Excel and Tableau.

I provide attentive service client in Arabic, French, and English, handling customer welcome, encaissement, and the daily management of the caisse principale. I also support and supervise the caisse team, ensuring accuracy through suivi quotidien des ventes and caisse clôture in a fast-paced environment.

I’m currently building my analytics capability through “ALX – Data Analyst,” alongside my Licence en Comptabilité, Gestion et Économie. I bring strong organizational and documentation skills, fast and precise data entry, and practical tools like Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Google Workspace.
