What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical leadership role in emergency care where I can lead teams, improve ED processes, support accreditation, and advance patient outcomes.

I am a Charge Nurse with over 15 years of full-time emergency department experience across the UAE and Jordan, skilled in clinical leadership, emergency protocols (BLS, ACLS, PALS), triage systems (ESI, CTAS), and critical patient care procedures including IV cannulation, ECG, NGT, and assisting with intubation and invasive lines. I have led teams as Shift In-Charge and Acting Head Nurse, managed urgent care and ambulance services, coordinated POCT devices, and contributed to accreditation preparation and internal audits.

I combine clinical expertise with operational strengths in staff competency development, ED store and narcotics management, occupational safety audits, and patient/family education.
