At Corteva Agriscience, I architect predictive analytics for plant promoter sequence classification and annotation, replacing manual workflows and cutting processing time from 4–5 hours to under one hour. I also led a GenAI proof of concept using LLMs to automate primary data analysis and improve annotation precision.
Over 20 years, I’ve built ML-driven analytics, data APIs, and scientific software across Corteva, Persistent Systems, the European Bioinformatics Institute, iNDx Technology, DuPont Pioneer, and Strand Life Sciences. My work spans biosequence prediction, clinical care-plan recommendations, qPCR analytics, oncological research platforms, and chemical-structure analysis.
I bring hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle, from data curation and feature engineering to MaaS deployment, Kubernetes-based serving, and model lineage. I’m deepening my applied AI and machine learning foundations through an Executive PG Certificate at IIT Kharagpur.
