Led the end-to-end redevelopment of JazzPoint, achieving 100% feature parity with the legacy platform and enabling its successful decommissioning within one week of production rollout. Designed and delivered scalable backend services for Jazz Business World, supporting enterprise onboarding, administration, reporting, and business operations.

Developed and successfully launched JazzPoint, a next-generation digital sales and retail platform replacing legacy USSD services and designed to support more than 1 million telecom retailers across Pakistan. Led the migration of Node.js services from a monolithic architecture to microservices, improving system scalability, maintainability, and deployment flexibility.

Served as Lead Full Stack Engineer, mentoring junior developers, leading sprint planning and grooming sessions, and coordinating task delivery across the engineering team. Designed and developed serverless IoT solutions enabling reliable communication with distributed devices across multiple regions in Africa.

Developed scalable REST APIs and integrated third-party services including Twilio, SendGrid, and QuickBooks, enabling key business capabilities across mobile and web applications. Built and enhanced a browser-based call center platform supporting SMS and voice communication workflows through Twilio.
