What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in real estate valuation, development, finance or project delivery where I can apply economic analysis, planning knowledge and hands-on operational responsibility.

I've produced economic and planning analyses for residential and commercial property valuations at Haim Silti Real Estate Appraisal Office, including betterment levy assessments for development and rezoning cases.

Before moving into appraisal, I managed finance and operations for M. Astra Import & Marketing Ltd. and A. Star Center Ltd. I owned budgeting, cash flow, supplier terms and pricing while leading construction and development projects from feasibility through delivery.

I'm completing an LL.B. alongside my work and bring a foundation in economics, management, real estate finance, planning and building law. I work fluently across Arabic, Hebrew and English.
