I've led MEAL and program delivery for PVDP/UN Women, supporting women’s economic empowerment interventions and digitizing businesses for 300 women in Khyber and Swabi.

I develop MEAL frameworks, work plans, results frameworks, reporting systems, and complaints response mechanisms that improve accountability to beneficiaries and meet donor requirements. I've also maintained coordination with UN Women, project stakeholders, and external evaluators.

Across PVDP/Trocaire, UNICEF, and NCA-supported programs, I've conducted baseline and endline surveys, analyzed field data, designed monitoring tools, and used field visits to resolve implementation gaps.

My work also includes child protection coordination, safeguarding, community referral systems, and advocacy for children affected by emergencies. I bring training in RBM, MEAL, data analysis, gender, GBV, disaster preparedness, WASH, education in emergencies, and disability inclusion.
