I’m a SCADA Engineer at Grid Controller of India Ltd, where I ensure reliable operation of our power network by strengthening Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for integrity and performance.

In my Grid Operator role, I manage real-time outage and grid monitoring, keep voltage and frequency within the IEGC band, prevent overdrawal/underdrawal to maintain frequency, and prepare PSP and outage reports for constituents. I’ve also led integration of new network elements—updating databases, maps, and displays—to streamline monitoring and speed operational response.

My work spans real-time applications and modern observability: I’ve managed tools like State Estimator, RTCA, and DSA within Energy Management Systems, and overseen WAMS management through PMU integration and synchrophasor data. I also support cybersecurity compliance with CERT-IN and NCIIPC through audits, VAPT, and ISMS practices, while ensuring SCADA/EMS reliability via UPS/DG operations and disaster readiness through regular drills.
