I've led real-time grid control and load dispatch for Jammu & Kashmir's Power Development Department, regulating voltage and active/reactive power flow, managing load shedding, and maintaining secure electricity supply across distribution networks. I also lead control-room KPIs, safety-compliant switching, and team development.
Previously at Saudi Electricity Company, I directed 33/13.8 kV switching and restoration, sanctioned PTW and safety documents, and co-developed an ERP-based outage-planning application. Across 19+ years, I've delivered SCADA/DMS implementation, EHV substation construction and maintenance up to 220 kV, outage analysis, and network reliability improvements.
