At Nexsys Process Automations Pvt. Ltd., I lead execution and commissioning of process automation schemes, switchgear panels, and PLC/SCADA controls. I implemented Cloud SCADA for commercial and industrial clients, including multi-floor Automated Car Parking systems with real-time occupancy telemetry and web dashboards.
At Shree Laxmi Electrical Works, I programmed, tested, and commissioned PLC systems from Siemens, Delta, ABB, and Mitsubishi, integrating HMI/SCADA and Cloud SCADA telemetry. I also prepared control panel schematics, GA drawings, and Bills of Materials using AutoCAD Electrical.
At Purva Steel Pvt. Ltd., I performed testing, commissioning, and maintenance of plant substations, earthing networks, and AC/DC drive panels. I also handled PLC/SCADA fault diagnostics and RTU telemetry verification.
Earlier, at SMC Power Generation Ltd., I carried out electrical and automation maintenance and assisted with PLC hardware and RTU telemetry diagnostics. My projects include a solar PV-integrated bottle filling plant, pick-and-place robot logic, and cloud-connected IoT nodes using MQTT and HTTP.
