At Johnson Controls, I built Power BI profitability analytics across the U.S. and Canada, showing cost, labor, and margin by customer and job. Leadership acted on the analytics, lifting margin from 12.84% to 30.24% and adding $1.4M in business value.
I also automated scheduled Power BI Paginated Reports and developed interactive HTML dashboards for customer service reporting. An Oracle-to-GCP pipeline using Oracle BI Publisher, SQL, and BigQuery improved pricing transparency and saved procurement teams two hours daily identifying agreement changes.
Previously, at TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, I designed Power BI dashboards for carbon emissions, sales performance, and supply chain logistics. My projects include a PySpark crime analysis with a Random Forest classifier, a Kafka and PySpark fraud detection pipeline, and a retail sales analytics dashboard.
