I am an experienced and motivating biology professor and researcher with deep training in biochemistry, genetics, and pharmaceutical sciences. I have held academic roles from researcher to associate professor and contributed to teaching, curriculum development, and departmental administration.
My research spans molecular pharmacology, nephroprotection, neuroprotection, cancer biology, and infectious disease, with numerous peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals. I have completed advanced research visits at Duke University (USA) and Pasteur Institute (France) and earned a doctoral degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Science from Chiba University, Japan.
I have a track record of mentoring students, evaluating faculty and learners, and serving on committees to develop school policies and courses. My collaborative work includes multinational coauthorships and interdisciplinary projects addressing oxidative stress, TGF-β/Smad signaling, and therapeutic compound evaluation.
