Led the Order Management revamp (v2.1) across web, mobile web, Android and iOS, adding user touchpoints to accept or reject order changes; replaced 2–3 days of manual follow-ups, with 80%+ of orders now resolved automatically within 1 day. Redesigned checkout to nudge prepaid payments and handle out-of-stock items in cart and reorder flows; raised prepaid order share from 42% to 69%.

Led the end-to-end redesign of MrMed across web, Android, iOS and the internal admin panel for 127K monthly active users, partnering with product, engineering and business from discovery to launch. Re-architected key user journeys, reducing dead-click rate from 12% to 0.7% and increasing checkout sessions by 242%.

Founded, designed and launched IncogApp, a consumer social app that reached 100K+ downloads, owning product strategy, UX, development and go-to-market. Built a product consultancy delivering AI, robotics, SaaS and e-commerce products for 30 clients across the US, France and India, leading discovery, strategy and UX; scaled the team from 4 to 14.

Completed a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Techno Main Salt Lake in 2023.
