What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow into Test Manager responsibilities, bringing requirements-driven test management, quality/coverage metrics, and Agile execution. I want to be a technical-methodological reference and further specialize in AI/GenAI quality assurance.

I’m an ISTQB-certified QA professional transitioning from hands-on Test Lead work toward Test Manager responsibilities. I currently distribute tasks, monitor progress, and act as the technical and methodological reference point for a multi-country enterprise testing project (Belgium/Netherlands supply chain), producing test status and quality/coverage metrics that stakeholders use to make decisions.

I bring a structured, requirements-driven test methodology across Agile delivery environments, including E2E/UAT/FAT testing, non-regression testing (TNR), and defect management with reporting via tools like Jira, Squash TM, and Quality Center. I’m also building toward AI/GenAI quality assurance, and I apply the same QA rigor to my freelance side projects as a Web Developer—planning tests, validating user flows, and iterating through functional and regression checks.
