Amanda Shelby

I’m a business administration student currently pursuing my Bachelor of Business administration at Sam Houston State University. I also completed an Associate’s in Arts in General Studies at Temple College, building a foundation in business thinking and lifelong learning.

In volunteer work at St. Mary’s Catholic School, I supported daily classroom needs wherever needed. I supervised children when the teacher stepped out, created monthly billboard displays to communicate information, and helped keep the library organized by sorting and shelving books alphabetically.

I enjoy taking initiative in both structured and fast-changing environments. From rearranging furniture in classrooms to update appearances, to stepping in to assist with multiple tasks, I focus on being dependable, improving what I can, and keeping things running smoothly.

I bring strong computer skills, including a high understanding of Microsoft Office products, Google, Windows OS, iOS, Android, and Apple. I troubleshoot issues, solve problems, communicate well verbally and in writing, and maintain high trust and integrity. I’m also actively involved in the Student Alumni Association and Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization, and I’m eager to grow my impact through real business experience.
