What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can combine WOCN advanced practice with clinical informatics and quality improvement—driving patient safety, better documentation/EHR workflows, and team development through shared governance and continuous improvement.

I’m a Chief of Nursing and WOCN-focused clinician leader, currently serving as Chief of Nursing (2025–Current) and WebWOCN Faculty Program Leader (2026–Current). I’ve led teams across inpatient/outpatient wound, ostomy, and continence care, and I’ve also taken on Director of Nursing (2023–2024) and Manager of Clinical Services (2019–2020) roles.

My approach blends advanced practice–ready wound, ostomy, and continence expertise with clinical informatics, quality reporting, and data-driven improvement. I’ve supported accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance (including OSHA, infection control, and employee health), optimized EHR workflows, and translated quality/population health data into actionable practice changes—while coaching and mentoring nursing and support staff. I’m also pursuing Family Nurse Practitioner training (expected graduation summer 2028) to deepen my impact on patient outcomes and sustainable program leadership.
